Beginnings

Introduction:

I've always loved Space Hulk.  My first exposure was the old PC game and fell in love instantly.  I wanted to get the actual table-top game but could never really find it (or afford it).  In 2009 I lost my mind when I discovered Games Workshop was releasing a 3rd Edition.  At the time I didn't have the fiscal backing to obtain one of these limited collector's pieces.  Like most people discover and lament about, I now have the money, but every copy available for sale it isn't a very "nice" price and, after doing a bit of research I found there exists a sufficient amount of resources around the internet to make a home-brew uber-Space Hulk version of my very own for about the same price (maybe even cheaper!)

The plan: Make it better than the originals, make it my own, make it cheaply but don't cut corners.

This turned out to be a little more challenging than anticipated, and it has been hard to resist going "all out".

So here we go.  Gear up & climb aboard the transport. We're going in!
